Egypt outlaws 'romantic' songs on state TV, fearing turmoil as constitution vote looms

The standoff between Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi and his opponents on the eve of the vote on whether to adopt a constitution threatens to derail Egypt's transition to democracy.
